Marj holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University (CEC) and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution (CCR) from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. She has received her Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation, the highest achievable, from the International Coach Federation and is a full member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. Marj is also a Certified Facilitator for the Excelerator Coaching™ Program, Legacy Leadership Institute ™ and the Relationship Awareness Theory™.

With over 25 years experience in leadership training, individual and team coaching, conflict resolution, team building and facilitation, Marj is a leader in advancing collaborative, strategic change. She is a renowned international keynote speaker and published author. Marjorie’s extensive work initiatives have taken her across Canada and the US. Her international clients range from such faraway places as Russia, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates.

Marj is a partner of Essential Impact/Full Spectrum Coaching and on faculty in the Royal Roads University Executive Coaching Program and at the Centre for Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of British Columbia. She is also a Master Facilitator for the Canadian Red Cross and the Heart and Stroke Foundation, and participates in numerous national committees and boards.

As a spirited sports and outdoor enthusiast, Marj has cycled across Canada, is an avid kayaker, a recreational mountain climber, and plays on an international master's basketball team. Along with her husband of more than 30 years, she enjoys three college-aged children and an active, west-coast community lifestyle.
