This building is situated on campus at the edge of Esquimalt Lagoon. It was constructed in 1989 and a specialized dock was completed the following year. In 2007 renovations to the Boathouse were completed and the space became the new home of Royal Roads University Foundation. The Go Rowing and Paddling Association of Canada also runs rowing activities out of this building.
