Royal Roads University offers housing for up to 180 learners in two residential buildings. The residences are situated in the main campus circle within walking distance of the academic building, cafeteria, library, recreation centre and Hatley Castle.

Distance learners registered in Masters or Bachelors level programs may use the online application form on the right to apply for their residencies.  Residence housing is community-oriented and are co-educational. We provide a totally smoke-free environment . All buildings have been designated academic, and are designed for learners who wish a quiet and studious environment.

During residencies, learners can expect to be fully engaged in coursework and program-related activities. The physical arrangements of the residences and the nature of the programs do not lend themselves to family activities. We are unable to provide family housing at this time, but will gladly assist learners with families in finding suitable accommodation nearby.
