Course Description



Work through the essential steps in developing your own program, whether workshop, seminar, retreat or conference from concept and mission to the practicalities of event production. Guidance in the essential steps for developing and refining your own program, whether workshop, seminar, retreat or conference from concept and mission to the practicalities of event production. Come prepared to work with creative strategies, engage resources within the group, receive behind the scenes info, and confidence to become a more effective producer/leader.

Facilitator: Oriane Lee Johnston has worked with hundreds of teachers, educators, authors, and practitioners in developing, refining, and producing successful programs. She has a unique background in the practice of Spiritual Guidance and in experiential education as former program director for Hollyhock Retreat Centre. Her current projects include mentoring emerging leaders, consulting in program design for new learning centres, the applications of contemplative practice in secular life, and how horses can help humans live in a wholesome, powerful and compassionate way. www.orianelee.com
