Mary Martin is currently the Director of the Nexus Learning Group, Inc., a company specializing in organizational development as well as environmental conservation and education.

Mary's business purpose is to encourage the development of conscious leadership capacity and to work in partnership with leaders to create productive and resilient organizations. She brings a diverse background in both the public service and the field of education to her current practice. Through 25 years of work experience she has gained a deep understanding that allows her to take a practical approach to her customers’ needs.

Dedicated to continuous personal and professional learning, Mary is an active contributor to her profession and her community. In 1996 she was the recipient of a YWCA Woman of Distinction award in the category of Education and Communication and in 2004 she was nominated for a Teaching Excellence Award at Royal Roads University.
