E-mail is the primary means of communication between the
University and an applicant. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the e-mail address on file with the University
is accurate and functioning properly at all times. It is the responsibility of the applicant to check for received emails on a regular
basis to avoid missing important updates, admission decisions, and other communications which may affect their application.
Can I leave my application and come back to it later?
When you save and continue to the next section, the information entered will be saved. You may log out and return as many times as you like.
Information may be edited until the application is submitted.

Educational History
Applicants are responsible for declaring all previous post secondary education and arranging for the submission of official transcripts from all institutions attended.

Authorization and Payment
Information Release (optional): To authorize the release of application, registration, grades and fee details to another individual,
please provide their name and relationship.
Payment information: Only applications submitted with the required fees will be processed.
Applications and documents received without required fee(s) will be held for thirty (30) calendar days and subsequently destroyed.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. All credit card information submitted is encrypted and processed securely and is
NOT stored in our databases.
Cheques should be payable to Royal Roads University and must be received by Admissions within 30 days of submitting your application.
Sponsored applicants must complete a sponsorship form and return it to Admissions within 30 days.
Admissions will verify the sponsorship arrangement and may request that the applicant submit payment of the application fee.
Authorization: Applicants must read and accept the Application Declaration in order to submit their application.
Application Processing
You will receive acknowledgement by e-mail once your application record has been created by Admissions. Please allow two business days for processing applications and documentation.

Application Status
At any time you may view your application summary by logging into your account. This summary will provide you with the status of your application, detail application requirements and which documents we have received.
Your status may indicate:
- Applied (Incomplete) – you are in the process of completing the application requirements.
- Application Complete – your application is now ready to review.
- In Review – your application has been sent for adjudication. Depending on the time of year, this process can take 4 to 6 weeks.
- Review Complete – the adjudication is complete and a letter will be emailed within 2 business days.
- Held – request for additional information or completion of additional courses is required before making a final decision. Letter will be emailed with details.
- Declined – offer not accepted.
- Accepted – notice of acceptance has been received, registration process begins.
- Registration Complete – application and registration process is complete.
Application Processing Deadline
All applications, fees and supporting documents must be received on or before the application deadline.
Applications are reviewed throughout the year. Seats are limited and program intakes are filled on a first come basis and applicants are encouraged to complete their application as far in advance of the deadline as possible.
Complete applications received near the deadline may not be considered if there is insufficient time to review the application. If the program is full, a successful applicant will be invited to attend the next intake.
